After placing an order you will be given an order confirmation number. It will also be sent in an email with your order details.
Yes, if the order has not shipped yet. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us at +1(442) 221-1126 as soon as possible. Changes are not possible after the order has shipped
Orders that are marked fraudulent by our payment processors will be automatically canceled. Ice Sheen will never cancel a legitimate order without reaching out. If your order was canceled it’s likely that we reached out and did not hear back. The most common cancelations are duplicate orders.
Almost all orders ship within 24 hours of being received. Please see our shipping page for more details.
A tracking number for your order will be emailed to you shortly after an order is placed. If you have received a tracking number, that means your package is in transit.
